Archer is currently seeking a Mid-Enterprise Account Executive who will be responsible for new account development and expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory/product line. The Account Executive will focus on new logo acquisition and expansion of assigned existing customers. The Account Executive will cover the assigned territory of the United States.
Candidate must be located within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Advanced - level professional, proficient understanding of the product and services portfolio.
- May lead with complex specialties.
- Gains access and creates superior relationships with senior level executives and influential stakeholders to sustain a long-term relationship.
- Responsible for working with applications vendors to get our products and services bundled in the solution.
- Manages vendor relationships and Enterprise product/service solutions.
- Effectively aligns and utilizes all available internal and external resources to achieve desired sales results.
- Leverages channel offerings to position the value of the Archer solution.
- Gains “insider status” to influence the customer’s buying process primarily targeted at senior level executive decision makers.
- Sales thought leader, influencing how segment functions/engages client set.
- Leads company- to-company relationships to develop competitive advantage.
- Manages significant complexity across all vendor relationships.
- Recognized internally and externally as a thought leader on technology, products, and services.
- Long term vision of business/technology direction.
- Anticipates new markets for our products and services.
- Organizes company-wide teams in response to vendor/customer needs/ opportunities.
- Works effectively with functional leaders throughout the organization/models effective team leadership.
Skills:
- Strong history of complex relationship building.
- Sales history showing ability to sell solutions in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of operational issues and solutions.
- Proven strength in outsourcing and complex service environments.
- Ability to build solid virtual teams.
- Very strong negotiation skills and financial strength.
- Establishes organizational initiatives that enable greater focus on customers.
- Organizes company-wide teams in response to SI/customer needs/opportunities.
Education and Experience:
- Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Additional criteria for Outside Sales: Typically require 8+ years of field sales experience.
