Install of domestic water and sanitary piping systems.
- Current Journeyman License (or Masters License)
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of commercial plumbing, construction practice and safety procedures
- Working knowledge of all relevant national and local codes and company and industry standards.
- Must possess and maintain licenses that are required in the jurisdictions that you are working.
- Reliable transportation to and from work required
- Capable of reading blueprints and specifications
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Leadership skills a must
- Great communication skills with crew as well as clients
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Journeyman in the mechanical/plumbing industry (Journeyman or Masters license)
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Able to lift 50 lbs, twist, crouch, work overhead, climb ladders, work on uneven surfaces
- Must possess the ability to multitask
- OSHA 30 Certification (Preferred)
