Description
Position summary:
Processes and services dealer finance loans and serves as primary contact for customers.
Essential Duties:
- Answers phone and greets customers.
- Prepares and processes documents (titles, loan documents, extensions, etc.) in a timely manner ensuring files are complete.
- Processes customer payments(in person and by phone) and loan tickets.
- Runs credit reports.
- Images loan documents.
- Purges paid loan files.
- Uploads loans to core system.
- Completes required computer maintenance.
- Verifies interest for tax information (1098) and respond to customer inquiries concerning end-of- year interest totals.
- Assists internal and external customers with questions and problems.
- Provides payoff information as requested.
- Maintains regular, reliable attendance.
Non-Essential Duties:
• Participates in Bank-sponsored and other community/civic events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent; and
- A minimum of two years related banking experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience; or
- A minimum of one year of administrative support experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
- Current notary or willing to obtain - preferred but not required.
