This role is part of Lenovo’s Global Future Leaders Program which engages high-achieving, driven students by immersing them into the world of a global technology powerhouse. In your first three years, as a GFL, you will participate in a cross-border/cross-organization rotation to engage with key stakeholders, gain deep insight into our organization, and develop comprehensive leadership skills while making a global impact. Our goal is to fast-track you to leadership by year five. Then once you get your feet on the ground in SOP, you will continue your leadership development with the Global Future Leaders Program through year five.Global Accounts Strategy Office Program (SOP) - Bringing Smarter AI to the WorldAbout SOP the Program (Multiple Positions Available):Join Lenovo’s Global Accounts Strategy Office Program (SOP)—a one-year leadership development opportunity for recent grads to gain hands-on experience in sales, strategy, and business transformation, while building foundational AI skills, working with AI-enhanced tools, and applying strategic thinking in AI-driven contexts to shape customer outcomes and accelerate your career in Lenovo’s global business.SOP Program Highlights:12-month rotational program with exposure to both sales and consultative transformation rolesTraining on Lenovo’s portfolio, customer engagement, solution-selling, and strategic planningDirect collaboration with Lenovo and customer CTOs, senior sales leaders, and account executivesDevelopment of strategy execution skills, turning customer vision into actionable outcomesOpportunity to showcase innovative thinking and bring a fresh perspective to customer challengesStrategic project work supporting the Global Strategy Office, contributing to initiatives that drive business outcomesGlobal exposure and mentorship from senior leaders across geographiesSOP Key Responsibilities:Support Global Accounts sellers in building and executing account strategiesDevelop and present account plans that align with customer objectives and Lenovo’s portfolioWork cross-functionally to solution Lenovo’s offerings and deliver transformation outcomesEngage with customers at multiple levels, including executive (C-level) engagementTranslate business strategies into clear, actionable initiatives with measurable impactPartner with the Global Strategy Office on key initiatives and projects, supporting Lenovo’s long-term visionCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer success and growthSOP Qualifications:Recent bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, technology, MBA or related field (Grad year 2024-2026)Previous experience (internships, co-ops, or Global Accounts exposure preferred)Strong interest in sales, strategy, and customer engagement with a consultative mindsetUnderstanding core AI concepts and how they apply to business strategy, customer outcomes, and consultative transformation initiatives.High energy, highly coachable, and eager to accelerate career growthStrong communication and presentation skills, with comfort in executive interactionsAbility to thrive in fast-paced environments and work well both independently and in teamsUnderstanding of business drivers such as P&L, strategy development, and customer outcomes (or aptitude to quickly learn)SOP What We’re Looking For:Future leaders with curiosity, creativity, and the drive to make an impactFast starters eager to grow in a global, customer-facing environmentHigh performers who can balance sales execution, strategic thinking, and consultative engagementRelationship builders who bring fresh perspectives and want to help “Bring Smarter AI to the World”GFL - Global Future Leader Requirements:Global Future Leaders positions are early-in-career level roles targeted at job seekers who have completed or are in the process of completing, their final academic year of educational requirements for highly competitive undergrad and Masters level students.  Passion for technology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a global team environment Ability to think strategically  Excellent organizational, project management and exceptional attention to detail. Strong analytical and quantitative capability Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. Flexibility to travel as needed (10-20%) Preferred experience through relevant internships (or FT) in the technology sector Technical degrees in (CES, ME/EE), master's degree or MBA are also preferred. Leadership experience in school, work, internship and/or communityHiring Time Line Fall 2025 Post Roles: Sept-Nov 7th Leadership Assessments: Oct (Top candidates will be requested to complete a Leadership skills assessment via SHL (Vendor).
