Job Description:We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developers to join our collaborative Cardiff-based team. You’ll work closely with designers, backend developers and product managers to build and maintain modern, user-friendly web applications with a strong focus on React.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using React.
- Work closely with team members across design and backend to deliver great user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
- Contribute to code reviews and best practice discussions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance or usability issues.
- Take a lead role in technical decision-making, mentor junior team members and help shape our frontend architecture.
Essential
- Solid knowledge of React and modern JavaScript.
- Professional experience (4+ years).
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.
Desirable / Nice to have
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Laravel knowledge or full-stack skills (e.g. PHP, Go or Node.js).
- Familiarity with automated testing or CI/CD pipelines.
