Now, we’re on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager - Decision Tooling to help us bring that vision to even more travellers. 


About the role:

(Hybrid)

You'll join our product team as a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development of data-driven and analytics products at Skyscanner.  

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, data science, data analytics, and business stakeholders, to deliver products that leverage data to solve complex business problems and drive innovation. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, execution excellence and proactive communication with stakeholders and internal customers. 

Your focus? Driving adoption of data-driven and analytics tooling, shaping our roadmap, and enabling teams across Skyscanner to deliver better traveller experiences through stronger data-driven decisions.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Developing Analytics Products: Build and support products in the analytics tooling space
  • Owning the Roadmap: Engage with cross-disciplinary customers to identify and prioritise capabilities
  • Building Data Culture: Drive adoption of a data-driven mindset and empower teams with scalable tools and insights
  • Fostering Collaboration: Encourage innovation and teamwork across cross-functional groups
  • Mentoring & Best Practice: Guide peers and instil agile product development best practices

About you:

  • Product Expertise: Proven track record in tackling complex challenges and delivering impact through data-driven product management and lean iterative thinking
  • Experimentation Knowledge: Strong understanding of A/B testing, data models, product analytics, business intelligence tools, and experimentation methods
  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled at navigating product initiatives with multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Technical Confidence: Comfortable driving conversations with engineering, analytics, and data science teams to make informed decisions
  • Prioritisation Skills: Experience in assessing initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and resources
  • Delivery Focused: Demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end products that achieve measurable outcomes
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to understand and design solutions for complex business or technical challenges
  • Programme & Vendor Management: Experience in programme management and working with third-party vendors
  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong background working in cross-functional, team-oriented environments
