About this Role
Who are you
What you will do
- Drive functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and global implementation of sourcing processes.
- Identify process and operational gaps, data quality issues, and drive controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Manage sourcing risk and compliance, including internal and external audit requirements.
- Provide post go-live support and input ideas for process improvements.
- Prepare and update SOPs, guidelines, and process documentation for end users across departments, markets, VPC, and VOIS.
- Support global process owners and leads in managing a global stakeholder community.
- Communicate with the wider Supply Chain community and provide support on sourcing processes and systems.
What skills you need
- Expertise in end-to-end SCM sourcing functions and workflow management.
- Experience in SCM operations and project management.
- Strong understanding of overlapping business functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Digital fluency and data analytics capabilities.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of sourcing and contracting tools and processes.
- Familiarity with SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Relevant certifications in data analytics and Power BI.
- Strategic sourcing and contracting process knowledge.
