About this Role

As a Deputy Manager – S2C Process Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the Sourcing and Contract Management teams. You will coordinate system-related changes, tool implementation and integration across SCM subareas. This role involves close collaboration with the Process Excellence Owner and Sourcing & Contracts Process Leads to initiate and execute process improvement projects. You will also act as a liaison for service delivery and VPC, supporting the execution of S2C analytics requirements and working with internal analytics teams to build dashboards. Your focus will be on identifying improvement opportunities, providing in-depth process expertise, and analysing the end-to-end process.

You are a detail-oriented and collaborative individual with a strong understanding of SCM processes and tools. You bring analytical rigour, digital fluency, and a proactive mindset to drive process excellence. You are comfortable working across teams and geographies, and you thrive in environments that require stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

What you will do

 

  • Drive functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and global implementation of sourcing processes.
  • Identify process and operational gaps, data quality issues, and drive controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Manage sourcing risk and compliance, including internal and external audit requirements.
  • Provide post go-live support and input ideas for process improvements.
  • Prepare and update SOPs, guidelines, and process documentation for end users across departments, markets, VPC, and VOIS.
  • Support global process owners and leads in managing a global stakeholder community.
  • Communicate with the wider Supply Chain community and provide support on sourcing processes and systems.

What skills you need

 

  • Expertise in end-to-end SCM sourcing functions and workflow management.
  • Experience in SCM operations and project management.
  • Strong understanding of overlapping business functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Digital fluency and data analytics capabilities.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and contracting tools and processes.
  • Familiarity with SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud).
  • Relevant certifications in data analytics and Power BI.
  • Strategic sourcing and contracting process knowledge.
