Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead with deep expertise in Oracle technologies and cloud infrastructure. This role requires hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.2, Core DBA tasks, ADP/ADW, EBS SSO & SSL configurations, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of WebLogic, Fusion Applications SSO/MFA setups, and OCI console MFA integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead infrastructure support and administration for Oracle EBS R12.2 environments.
Manage and troubleshoot Core DBA activities including performance tuning, backups, and patching.
Configure and maintain SSO and SSL setups for EBS and Fusion Applications.
Administer Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) components including networking, IAM, MFA, and monitoring.
Support and maintain Oracle Autonomous Database (ADP/ADW) environments.
Implement and manage WebLogic domains and related middleware components.
Ensure security best practices are followed, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) configurations across applications.
Collaborate with application teams, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure infrastructure supports business needs.
Participate in planning, designing, and implementing infrastructure projects and enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority production issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Oracle Database Administration, including EBS R12.2 environments.
Strong knowledge of Oracle ADP/ADW and Oracle Cloud (OCI) console operations.
Experience with EBS SSO & SSL configurations and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications SSO and MFA architecture.
Hands-on experience with WebLogic Server administration.
Strong troubleshooting skills across database, application, and cloud infrastructure layers.
Knowledge of OCI security, identity domains, policies, and MFA setup.
Ability to work independently and lead a team through complex infrastructure challenges.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle certifications in DBA or OCI.
Experience working in Managed Services or consulting environments.
Exposure to automation tools and scripting (e.g., Shell, Python, Terraform, Ansible).
Experience with migration projects to OCI.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
