Ansell is looking for a Regional Channel Development Manager - Industrial to join our team in Texas!
In this position you will play a vital role in driving profitable growth across the Industrial channel. In this hybrid role, you’ll own strategic partnerships with high-potential distributor accounts on both a national and regional scale, shaping “in-the-door” and “out-the-door” growth strategies that expand Ansell’s market presence. By combining national account ownership, regional business development, and enterprise end-user engagement, you’ll partner cross-functionally to launch new products, strengthen distributor relationships, and maximize market access positioning Ansell as the distributor’s first choice in safety solutions.

What your role will be?
In-depth knowledge of the Industrial Distribution landscape
Strong understanding of the channel development sales model
Proven ability to translate commercial goals into scalable partner initiatives through strategic planning and execution
Broad business acumen with cross-functional expertise across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to change, and prioritizing effectively
Capable of building and maintaining relationships, driving change, and navigating ambiguity
Influential leader able to align internal and external stakeholders to achieve results
Experienced in developing and communicating strategies to drive outcomes at national and major account levels
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and persuasion skills
Thrives in a matrix environment, leveraging resources across teams to serve customer needs and grow business
Strong project management skills with a proactive, action-oriented mindset
Solid knowledge of operations, forecasting, and supply chain management
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and resolve conflict effectively
What will you bring to Ansell?
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in a similar role
Three to five years of sales experience in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) with a strong record of success
Three to five years of experience selling for a manufacturer through industrial distribution channels; PPE background preferred
Experience managing national or multi-regional channel accounts strongly preferred
Proven ability to build and execute growth strategies through channel partners
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM and business intelligence tools
