Position Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in multi-family or residential projects and can confidently lead small crews while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

• Perform electrical service work, including troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
   
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical diagrams.
   
• Lead and supervise small crews to ensure quality and timely project completion.
   
• Maintain compliance with safety codes, regulations, and company standards.
   
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and material use. Experience Preferred
   
• -  Previous 3+ years experience!
   
• -  Bilingual in both English & Spanish – plus!
   
• -  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
