Position Overview 

We are looking for a motivated Electrical Apprentice to grow with our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience, learn from licensed professionals, and build a long-term career in the electrical trade. 

Skills to be Successful 

· 1–4 years of field experience in electrical work (preferred). 

· Familiarity with rough-in, trim-out, or service work is a plus. 

· Must be eligible to obtain an apprentice card. 

· Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. 

· Ability to take direction and work as part of a team. 

Experience Preferred

- Previous 1–4 years of field experience in electrical work (preferred). experience!

- Bilingual in both English & Spanish – plus! 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience Requirement: A seasoned apprentice with 3 years or more of experience in the electrical field.
  • Basic Electrical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical principles, circuits, and systems in accordance with the NEC.
  • NEC Compliance: Familiarity with the National Electrical Code and its application in electrical installations.
  • Conduit Installation: Ability to install conduit systems following NEC guidelines for routing electrical wiring.
  • Pipe Bending: Proficiency in bending conduit pipes accurately to fit specific project requirements while adhering to NEC standards.
  • Wire Installation Methods: Knowledge of different wiring methods and techniques, including cable pulling and termination, according to NEC regulations.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to work in various environments, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision is crucial in electrical work to ensure safety and compliance with NEC standards.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues within NEC guidelines and find solutions.
  • Teamwork: Willingness to learn from experienced electricians, collaborate with other team members, and adhere to NEC regulations.
  • Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety procedures and NEC regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and adhere to NEC specifications.
  • Technical Aptitude: Willingness to learn how to use tools and equipment specific to the electrical trade, ensuring NEC compliance.
