NOTICE OF POSSIBLE WAIVER: Per KRS 160.380, to expedite the hiring for this position, the district may apply for a waiver to prevent disruption of necessary instructional or support services.  

ZMS is looking for an energetic person to maintain the cleanliness of our school community.  This person will perform routine custodial activities at an assigned school site or facility to maintain the building and grounds areas in a clean, orderly and secure condition. 

This position is for 5 hours per day and 182 days per year. 

170 student instructional days, 4 holidays, 7 planning days and 1 extended day

Contracted days will be adjusted depending upon start date. 

  Considered full-time and eligible for benefits.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and provide a copy to HR upon recommendation to hire.

 Step 0:  $14.41

Step 10: $16.40

hours per day  x  hourly rate = daily rate

daily rate x contracted days = salary

salary / # of pays left = gross biweekly pay
