About the Role

The Vice President, Client Solutions, will shape how My Code shows up to clients — leading a high-performing team that translates cultural insights into bold, results-driven pitches and programs. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Product Marketing, Client Solutions & Intelligence Center, this newly created role will operate as both a visionary and an operational leader.

As the Vice President, you’ll set the bar for excellence while working as a player-coach who stays engaged in the work. You’ll oversee senior directors and their pods, ensuring every proposal is strategically sound, culturally fluent, and designed to deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role at the center of My Code’s growth engine, requiring close partnership with Sales, Studios, Product Marketing, Rev Ops, and the Intelligence Center to craft smarter, faster, and more impactful client solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Set the Vision for Client Solutions: Define and evolve the strategic roadmap for how My Code responds to briefs and opportunities, ensuring proposals reflect cultural fluency, audience insights, and business-driving creativity.
  • Elevate the Pitch Process: Architect and oversee best-in-class RFP and proactive proposal practices that shorten turnaround times, improve win rates, and deliver greater impact for clients and revenue growth.
  • Drive Enterprise-Level Partnerships: Partner with senior Sales leadership to identify and shape the highest-value opportunities across media, sponsorships, branded content, and experiential — positioning My Code as the go-to partner for culturally resonant marketing.
  • Champion Insight-Led Solutions: Ensure that every client solution is grounded in robust data, cultural intelligence, and clear KPIs, translating insights into powerful, persuasive narratives that win business.
  • Lead by Example as a Player-Coach: Stay engaged in high-profile proposals and pitches, modeling the standard of storytelling, strategy, and execution while empowering the team to deliver excellence.
  • Strengthen Cross-Functional Alignment: Bring Sales, Studios, Product Marketing, Rev Ops, and the Intelligence Center together to deliver seamless solutions — from initial pitch strategy through presale to post-sale activation.
  • Build & Scale High-Performing Teams: Develop senior leaders and their pods, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and growth. Ensure the structure, processes, and resourcing are in place to support scale and innovation.
  • Be a Strategic Voice of the Organization: Serve as a senior representative of Client Solutions internally and externally, articulating My Code’s value proposition to clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience: 10+ years in integrated marketing strategy, client solutions, or media planning at a digital-first, content-driven, or media organization; multicultural marketing experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree: A BA in Communications, Business Management, Marketing, Creative, or a related field is a strong plus.
  • Proven leadership: 5+ years leading cross-functional teams spanning strategy, media, and sales enablement.
  • Change leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity and change while scaling systems, teams, and operational excellence.
  • Talent developer: Track record of managing team performance, professional development, and career pathing for senior and emerging leaders.
  • Market expertise: Deep knowledge of the media and marketing landscape (O&O, social, programmatic, digital content, sponsorships, branded content, experiential) and how it drives full-funnel strategies.
  • Storytelling excellence: Expert communicator who can translate insights into compelling narratives and persuasive business cases.Executive presence: Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the company confidently with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic toolkit: Fluency in Google Suite; familiarity with media measurement and workflow/project management platforms (e.g., Comscore, Smartsheet, Asana, Airtable) a plus.
  • Culture driver: Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion both internally and externally.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $200,000. The base salary structure is determined on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
