Our Offer Specialists are a crucial part of that promise—working directly with homeowners and investors to secure tailored offers, simplify decisions, and give sellers the clarity they deserve.

You’ll partner with our Listing Agents to understand seller goals, source investor offers, and lead confident consultations where every client walks away fully informed and empowered.

This role isn’t about chasing deals—it’s about creating certainty and trust by presenting options clearly, handling objections with professionalism, and ensuring the seller knows every path forward.

Key Responsibilities

Understanding Client Needs & Offer Sourcing

  • Collaborate with Listing Agents to clarify homeowner goals and priorities after listing appointments.
  • Proactively source and curate investor offers tailored to client needs.

Offer Review & Presentation

  • Coordinate with investors to confirm terms align with both client and investor expectations.
  • Present offers in partnership with Listing Agents, walking clients through timelines, terms, and unique factors with total transparency.
  • Empower sellers to make confident decisions by ensuring they understand all options—instant offers, guaranteed offers, or traditional listing.

Deal Management & Collaboration

  • Ensure seamless handoff to Listing Agents if clients decline investor offers, pivoting to traditional market strategies.
  • Work across sales and operations teams to maintain a consistent, world-class client experience.

Data & Reporting

  • Track offers, client feedback, and responses in our CRM for accurate reporting.
  • Provide insights into trends, objections, and client behaviors to help improve systems and conversion rates.

Requirements

Skills & Knowledge

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills to tailor offers and evaluate terms effectively.
  • Confident guiding clients through decisions while addressing objections.
  • Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools (Salesforce, Google Suite).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate or sales operations.
  • At least 20 real estate transactions closed in the past 3 years.
  • Active real estate license (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.

OTE:  ($60k Base and annual OTE of $75k to $110k)
