Location: Athens ( Flexible option possible)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm
Requirements
Your Impactful Role
- Provides daily administrative support to the CEO and Senior leadership in various areas.
- Manages sensitive matters with high confidentiality and discretion, especially decisions directly impacting the company's operations.
- Represents the company and the executive in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
- Takes the initiative to read, research, collect, and analyze information.
- Prepares Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
- Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, lunches, dinners, event planning, travel accommodations, and department activities.
- Organizes the ordering and delivery of gifts/thank you cards to community leaders. Works closely with the C-Level to develop and accomplish goals and strategic plans.
- Accepts special projects as needed to support the organization’s needs.
- Manages the executive’s calendar by prioritizing conflicting needs; handling matters expeditiously, proactively, and following through on projects to successful completion, often with strict deadlines.
- Performs accounting duties such as submitting mileage and other reimbursements.
- Oversees the setup of the executive’s office to include coordination of delivery of new equipment; orders and maintains office supplies; orders and stocks beverages for the office.
- Handles confidential, time-sensitive, and non-routine information. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Always maintains a professional appearance.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant preferred.
- Candidate must have proven abilities to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to coordinate busy schedules.
