About Us
Adcraft is a family-owned and operated custom apparel and merchandise company that’s been helping businesses, schools, and organizations nationwide since 1974. We’re in the middle of an exciting expansion into a brand-new state-of-the-art headquarters in Clinton, IA, and we’re looking for motivated, people-oriented Inside Sales Representatives to help us take our next big leap.

What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for inbound client inquiries
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs (projects, apparel, budgets, timelines)
- Manage a personal account list and guide clients through projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with account managers, artists, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide excellent communication and service to build repeat business
- Document activities in our CRM to maintain clear, predictable workflows
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, outgoing personality — confident leading client conversations
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, video, in-person)
- Highly organized with project management abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple clients/projects
- Previous experience in inside sales, account management, or other client-facing roles preferred
- A “team-first” attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments
