Description

Are you a night owl who thrives on helping others and keeping things running smoothly? Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Call Center Representative to be the voice of our company during late-night weekend hours. In this vital role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers experiencing plumbing, HVAC, or electrical issues after hours. You’ll provide reassurance, gather essential information, and coordinate fast, effective service using ServiceTitan to create jobs and assist with dispatch.


The work schedule of this position is 48 hours/week. Hours are 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Friday - Monday. Work is fully remote.


Job Duties

  • Answer inbound calls in a high-volume call center environment
  • Troubleshoot customer needs in a timely manner
  • Monitor emails, text messages, and virtual leads
  • Maintain a friendly, personable, and positive attitude and disposition when responding to customer concerns
  • Complete debrief forms after each technician call
  • Verify that all necessary steps and checks are completed to ensure each job is ready for execution.
  • Schedule installations and inspections in ServiceTitan, as required
  • Update and process warranty registrations and extended warranty options for sales
  • Ensure customer payments are collected and financing documents are properly completed and uploaded upon job completion
  • Verify all job data in ServiceTitan is complete and accurate prior to job closeout and ensure readiness for export to Accounting within 24 hours of completion
  • Ensure technicians inform customers about scheduled inspection
  • Communicate with clients on subs, inspections, parts on order, and QC visits
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Prior Call Center experience, preferably in residential Plumbing, HVAC, or Electric service
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work long hours alone
