We are rapidly expanding and seeking enthusiastic individuals who are ready to embark on a meaningful journey in one of the fastest growing fields in healthcare. As an ABA Case Manager, you will lead your own caseload of clients through conducting assessments, designing intervention plans, writing goals, training staff, and updating client’s progress. We are looking for an individual with at least 1 year experience working as a behavior supervisor, a knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET,VB, and experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
    • Must hold a current Pennsylvania License as a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS).
    • In addition, candidates must meet one of the following pathways:
      • Certification pathway: Hold a BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) or another recognized undergraduate-level certification in behavior analysis accredited by NCCA or ANSI.
      • Academic pathway: Have at least 1 year of full-time ABA experience and at least 12 college credits in ABA from an accredited institution (or equivalent evaluation for foreign degrees).
      • Supervision pathway: Have at least 1 year of full-time ABA experience under the supervision of a BCBA (or other graduate-level certified behavior analyst) and at least 40 hours of approved ABA training.
