Accounting Clerk bei Auria Solutions

We are currently searching for Accounting Clerk to join our team at our Spartanburg Plant in Spartanburg, South Carolina

What you will do:

• Enter invoices, receipts, and payments into the system
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable
• Match purchase orders and invoices for accuracy
• Help maintain organized files and records
• Support the team with general accounting tasks

What you will bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some accounting/business coursework a plus)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good organizational and communication skills

Travel Requirements: Some travel to other NA plants

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability

• Supervises under general guidance
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Good working knowledge of windows based applications and database applications
• Possess excellent leadership abilities, organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously
• Specific knowledge of tooling equipment and cost projection is required along with knowledge of automotive quality and engineering expectation
