🔹 What You’ll Do as General Manager:

• Lead & Inspire – Manage day-to-day studio operations while coaching, motivating, and developing a passionate team of Flexologists and Sales Associates.
• Drive Membership Growth – Implement local marketing strategies, generate leads, and exceed sales goals through community outreach and strong client relationships.
• Deliver World-Class Experiences – Ensure every client receives an exceptional, welcoming, and results-driven experience.
• Oversee Studio Operations – Manage budgets, scheduling, inventory, and compliance while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Recruit & Develop Talent – Hire, train, and mentor team members to ensure continued growth and success.
• Track & Report Performance – Analyze KPIs, implement improvements, and deliver results that align with company goals.

✅ Who We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of fitness studio management, gym management, or retail leadership experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong leadership skills—able to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• A true passion for fitness, health, and wellness with the ability to connect with people.
• Tech-savvy; experience using CRM systems or AI-driven tools for operations is a plus.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $52,000–$55,000 annually (depending on experience)
• Performance-Based Bonuses for hitting revenue and membership targets
