Brand and Design Officer
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
£32,244 - £33,941 per year

We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and creative designer to join our Brand and Design team, which sits within the Communications department. The team works across a variety of Sanctuary brands to deliver a range of materials - from brochures and signage, to video animations and social content.
We're looking for a talented designer to ensure consistency across our brand, and work closely with our marketing and internal teams to deliver a creative design service.
The role of Brand and Design Officer will include:
- Creating and supervising the production of consistently high quality, creative and professional design solutions for a wide range of materials for digital and print distribution maintaining consistent and agreed corporate style
- Proven video production and animation experience
- Monitoring and coordinating the quality, style, design and production of materials produced by other departments and subsidiaries to ensure that the brand guidelines are applied accurately across Sanctuary
- Liaising with designers, printers, and suppliers to ensure the delivery of high quality, cost-effective corporate literature and publicity material
- Supporting and advising stakeholders on the most effective promotional material and cost-effective solutions for their audiences, including providing support through the production of printed material in order to offer an effective service
- Acting as a key point of contact for one or more Sanctuary brands, maintaining relationships with key business contacts and attending team meetings where requested
Skills and experiences:
- Practical knowledge of a range of design software packages including Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro) and Canva
- Proven experience in a Design Officer or Graphic Designer role with proof reading and copy editing experience
- Working knowledge of data protection, copyright law, regulations and legislation
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal confidently with people at all levels
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to plan effectively and meet tight deadlines with a meticulous eye for detail
