You will be responsible for developing, managing and optimising production plans that align with ENODA’s long term manufacturing goals. You will work closely with engineering and procurement to ensure materials, capacity and processes are aligned for seamless production.
You'll spend your time:
- Developing detailed production schedules, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts, capacity and resource availability
- Translating engineering designs and product requirements into clear production timelines
- Making adjustments and proposing mitigation actions to address bottlenecks and changes
- Working closely with Supply Chain and Procurement to plan material requirements, ensuring timely availability of components
- Liaising periodically with the product design team and the manufacturability team to drive product evolution and incorporate improvements into the long term strategy
- Continuously monitor processes to identify opportunities for improvement and keep a priority assessment updated
- Introducing planning best practices aligned with scalability
- Providing regular updates on resource allocation and material readiness
The key experience we're looking for:
- Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Proven experience in production or manufacturing planning within a high tech environment
- Proficiency in using ERP systems
- Ability to communicate effectively across engineering, operations and leadership teams
- Familiarity with ISO standards
- Experience in new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing scale up
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
