Key Responsibilities
- Understand and apply instructions with accurate attention to detail, in accordance with JCQ (ICE) regulations. Carry out sole invigilation or as part of an invigilation team
- Assist with setting up of examinations
- Ensure the correct paperwork is completed accurately and retained in accordance with the Exam Office processes Distribute and collate exam papers, ensuring candidates receive the correct assessment.
- Be vigilant at all times and able to act with authority when required, ensuring candidates comply with instructions Demonstrate integrity and confidentiality
• To contribute fully to the mission and values statement of the College Group ensuring its effective implementation in all aspects of College life
• To take proactive responsibility for Health & Safety to ensure that a safe working environment and safe working practices are maintained at all times
• To comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
