The role:
This role supports our iconic Standard Life brand and is at the forefront of delivering on our ambitious plans. Our team is responsible for developing compelling and engaging marketing communications and campaigns, educating and engaging customers and supporting the business in meeting our commercial goals.The role is responsible for developing and owning our Retail and Customer Marketing plan, ensuring all activity is joined up and directly linked to business goals. You’ll review all briefs into the team to prioritise work, drive efficiency and join up activity, and you’ll own and drive activity reporting, developing a team dashboard, linking activity and results to business objectives. You’ll drive strong and effective stakeholder relationships to ensure we prioritise and deliver on business objectives, working with proposition and product teams, along with our digital team, multi-disciplinary squads and our creative services team.
What are we looking for?
A strategic and data-driven senior manager
Strong, demonstrable experience in planning and prioritisation
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across the organisation to drive agreement to plans and strategies
Strong experience within a Marketing environment this could be in Pensions and/or the broader Financial Services market, but that’s not essential
Excellent attention to detail, someone who excels at joining up plans and is an expert at finding solutions to problems
A creative thinker with proven ability to optimise processes to drive efficiency.
