Your team
This international team is made up of a strategic and driven bunch who have diverse skill sets in design, agencies, project management, and, of course, customer success. Together, they combine their skills to support our customers to bring their brand to the next level. When they’re not advising, supporting, or guiding our customers on the latest features, they'll be enjoying the great outdoors, hanging out with their friends and family, or even sailing.
Your mission
You’re at the start of your career and curious to explore what it means to work in Customer Success. You’re someone who’s passionate about technology, people, and building relationships. This graduate program gives you everything you need to grow into a full-time Customer Success Manager at Frontify.
You’ll work alongside our experienced Customer Success team, gaining hands-on experience in client management, onboarding, support, and strategic account growth. You’ll take on your own initiatives, connect with a broad set of international customers, and help them succeed with their brand management journey using Frontify.

Your responsibilities
You’ll dive into the world of Customer Success with a structured onboarding and mentoring program.
You’ll learn how to build and nurture client relationships that go beyond support – with value at the core.
You’ll support onboarding processes and help clients realise the full potential of our platform.
You’ll participate in customer calls, workshops, and business reviews.
You’ll be involved in data-driven decision making by working with CRM tools and client analytics.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
You’ll identify improvement opportunities and contribute to internal processes, documentation, and enablement.
Your story
You're comfortable working in a hybrid setup, spending 2 days per week in our St. Gallen office.
You’re a recent graduate from a University or Fachhochschule in business, communications, technology, psychology, or a related field.
You have a strong interest in customer-facing roles and want to grow into a consultative, strategic position. Any past exposure to sales or customer success through school, internships, or side projects is a bonus.
You’re comfortable speaking to people and can easily switch between listening and presenting.
You have a proactive mindset – you take ownership and love solving problems.
You are curious, humble, and eager to learn.
You are fluent in German and English; French is a big plus.
