WHO YOU ARE:
We are seeking a highly skilled Peoplesoft Technical Consultant with 10–15 years of experience in Peoplesoft development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end technical design and development, collaborating with functional teams, and ensuring smooth delivery of Peoplesoft projects. This role requires working during US business hours to align with our clients and stakeholders.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Design, develop, and customize Peoplesoft applications to meet business
- Work on PeopleTools, Application Designer, Application Engine,
Component Interface, Integration Broker, Workflow, and SQR/BI - Handle Peoplesoft upgrades, patches, and migrations.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and convertbthem into technical solutions.
- Develop and optimize PeopleCode, SQL, and performance tuning.
- Manage system interfaces, integrations (SOAP/REST APIs, third-party tools), and security aspects.
- Support production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures.
- Mentor junior team members when needed.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 6+ years of strong technical expertise in Peoplesoft HRMS/Finance
- Deep knowledge of PeopleTools 8.x, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, and BI Publisher.
- Experience with Peoplesoft upgrades, PUM images, and tools upgrades.
- Strong background in SQL, PL/SQL, and database performance tuning.
- Experience with Peoplesoft Fluid UI and responsive design preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud hosting environments (AWS/Oracle Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment
- Work Timing - Must be flexible to work in US business hours.
