In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a small team in the development and delivery of new bridge construction and bridge maintenance projects across the region.
This role will see you bring your strong understanding of civil, bridge, concrete and steel engineering principals particularly around maintenance to achieve delivery outcomes by:
• Managing bridge project deliverables to ensure projects meet time, cost and scope objectives.
• Managing the investigation and design process through effective project briefs, cost estimates, stakeholder engagement, and scheduling.
• Working effectively as a team player in a small team to ensure all team objectives are met.
• Implementing and following a high standard of quality and systems to adhere to TfNSW standards, procedures and protocols including workplace health & safety and environmental management.

About you
Your experience formed across an engineering career committed to bridge or civil maintenance and construction will see you thrive in this small team environment.
You will not only bring the necessary skills and qualifications, but you will thrive in an 'all hands on deck' environment.
• Experience managing construction and maintenance projects (bridges experience highly regarded)
• A four- year engineering (Civil or related) degree from an Australian University equivalent overseas qualifications.
• Technical knowledge of materials, equipment and techniques used in a bridge and infrastructure environment
• Knowledge of tender and contract processes and requirements
