Paralegal - Corporate & Commercial bei Axiom Talent Platform

Axiom, the leading provider of on-demand legal talent globally, is seeking paralegals to support large Australian or multinational companies on a contract basis. Paralegals with 2+ years experience or newly qualified lawyers/junior lawyers are encouraged to apply. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Review contracts and commercial agreements utilizing AI tools

• Support the General Counsel with daily tasks such as filings and legal research (e.g. data privacy, compliance)

• Assess legal risks, especially around liability clauses, using internal guidelines

• Maintain and update contract and document management systems

What We're Looking For

• Paralegal (could still be in studies) with valid work rights in Australia; Open to newly qualified/junior lawyer

• Experience in an in-house legal team is a bonus

• Good understanding of commercial and corporate law

• Genuine interest or some experience in AI legal tools is advantageous

This role offers a range of competitive compensation of circa 90,000 , and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401k, and more. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
