About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Client Funding Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will provide crucial support to our funding operations, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing client funding activities, conducting daily reviews, and contributing to the overall integrity of our financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Daily Funding Processing: Review and process client deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers across trading platforms and payment channels.
- Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of client accounts, platform balances, and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly financial reports, including funding summaries and account status updates.
- Risk Monitoring: Identify and escalate unusual funding activity, trading anomalies, or operational discrepancies.
- Case Handling: Resolve transaction issues, exceptions, and client funding queries promptly.
- Compliance Support: Follow regulatory requirements (ASIC, CySEC, FMA, etc.) and support AML/CTF checks for all transactions.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze key statistics to improve efficiency and client service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
- High attention to detail to facilitate information accuracy.
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Patience in conducting repetitive tasks and be able to maintain a high level of accuracy when multi-tasking.
- A fast learner, with the ability to absorb substantial information and knowledge with ease, and subsequently apply them. Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills (Advanced Excel skills will be highly regarded).
