In Connected Technologies, you will be at the forefront of Toyota’s transformation into a mobility company, offering an integrated Multimedia and Connectivity experiences. Your role will be instrumental in revitalizing and enhancing our product portfolio.

Your responsibilities

 

• • Engage with global product, engineering, and operations teams to conceive, design and deliver Location Based Services, on time and within budget.
  • Understand technologies within product area to drive the discussions with tech teams and explore solutions by asking the right technical questions.
  • Drive alignment and coherent product feature, business strategies
  • Articulate such strategies clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Contribute to UI design, coordinate SW development, evaluation of usability/UX.
  • Create Test & Evaluation plans.
  • Ensure regulatory compliancy (GDPR).
  • Manage the product life cycle by establishing goals and reviewing metrics to identify opportunities and deliver success.

 

Your Profile:

 

• Degree in STEM, Computer Science/Information Technology/Human-Computer Interaction and Cognitive Systems
• Knowledge in the following key areas:

• • • Hardware and rendering architectures, embedded systems
    • Global positioning standards, inertial systems
    • Experience working with map data
• Proven capabilities in Agile Project / Product  management of location based applications in Automotive or related mobility industries (Waterfall, Scrum, SAFe)

• Familiar with embedded software on SoC and Cloud services.
• Experiences in user interface design, transactional services.
• Passion for customer-centric designs and customer validation, including experience gathering requirements from customers
• Deep commitment to achieving high user and business partner satisfaction, influencing decisions for the right solutions and balancing competing priorities across customer, business, and technical needs
• Result driven and able to break down complex tasks into manageable portions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English - any other language is an added value
• Valid automobile driving license for EU
• You are fluent in English
