About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in driver supervision or fleet management within the transportation industry.
• Strong knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with transportation management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience managing a team in a fast-paced transportation or warehousing environment.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and route optimization tools.
