Employee Solutions Assistant

Summary
This role provides administrative support to the Employee Solutions department by serving Four Seasons through Excellence and Integrity.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides excellent professional service to all internal and external customers while adhering to departmental service standards on quality and timeliness.
- Assists the department with adhering to best practices, ensuring compliance, and processes meet the needs of department and organization.
- Serves as first point of contact for all incoming calls to Employee Solutions office.
- Supports maintenance of HRIS system (ADP) through data entry, password resets, etc.
- Provides administrative support to recruitment efforts such as processing reference checks, filing interview evaluations, etc.
- Supports New Hire Orientation & new employee onboarding.
- Prints badges and maintains Employee & Volunteer Badge Photo Database.
- Files & supports maintenance of Employee Personnel files.
- Supports the planning and facilitation of employee Reward & Recognition processes including but not limited to Employee Birthday Cards, Anniversaries, Employee Recognition Weeks, Life Event Support, and Employee Years of Service awards.
- Performs periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly) reporting from HRIS including but not limited to tenure report, birthday report, active employee list, etc.
- Completes employment verifications.
- Processes Tuition Reimbursement requests.
- Provides administrative support to organizational HEEDI (Health Equity, Diversity, Inclusivity) Goals & Action Plans
- Sorts and processes all incoming departmental mail and faxes.
- Provide back-up coverage to front desk receptionist.
- Any other administrative support tasks requested.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- AAS in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field, preferred, or equivalent experience
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative role, human resources experience preferred
- Proven ability to handle high-volume tasks with little to no supervision
- Proven ability to work with highly confidential information
- Experience effectively collaborating with a diverse group
Licensures & Certifications:
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
