The Opportunity
At AFS, our Technology Analysts play a critical role in helping federal agencies solve complex challenges through the power of technology, data, and human ingenuity. This is a dynamic, entry-level opportunity for individuals who are curious, creative, and eager to learn—especially those with a growth mindset and a passion for applying structured thinking to real-world problems.
You’ll work side-by-side with teammates to design and deliver innovative solutions that support national security, public safety, and civilian services. Whether you’re analyzing business processes, exploring AI use cases, or helping implement new technologies, your contributions will help move missions forward.
What You’ll Do:
- Experiment and be an early adopter of emerging technologies and next-generation IT tools, including genitive AI, intelligent agents, and edge computing
- Apply frameworks such as Agentic AI to accelerate solution development and enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technology-enabled solutions.
- Support the design and delivery of systems/applications, dashboards, and process automation tools.
- Conduct research, synthesize insights, and contribute to thought leadership in areas like digital transformation, data strategy, and responsible AI.
- Use creativity and structured thinking to solve problems and deliver value to federal clients.
What You’ll Learn

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM or adjacent field (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Economics, Public Policy, etc.), with graduation by August 31, 2026.
- Demonstrated interest in technology, AI, and innovation.
- U.S. citizenship required (due to federal contract requirements)
- Ability to travel 25-50% preferred, but requirements vary by team and location.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required, 3.2 cumulative GPA preferred) from a 4-year accredited institution.
- Experience or coursework in business analysis, data analytics, or emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Python, Tableau, Power BI, or cloud platforms.
- Strong communication, thought leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Growth mindset with a desire to continuously learn and apply new technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
