Summary:
Join Millennium Print Group as a QA Technician S1! We’re looking for a quality assurance technician in Durham, NC to support our manufacturing and printing operations. If you’re passionate about quality control, production inspection, and ensuring customer satisfaction, this is your chance to contribute to products loved worldwide.
Location: Durham, NC

What You'll Do:
Perform quality inspections on production lines to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements
Identify, document, and resolve defects to support continuous improvement in manufacturing quality
Validate production processes, track data, and maintain accurate quality assurance documentation
Collaborate with production operators and supervisors to maintain operational efficiency and total customer satisfaction
Promote safety, ISO compliance, and good manufacturing practices while supporting a clean, efficient work environment
What You'll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or industrial production (printing industry experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management information systems (MIS)
Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration abilities
