🔑 Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the regional community strategy, and be directly responsible for its hands-on implementation.

• Directly manage and engage within key community channels (e.g., Discord, Reddit), acting as a primary moderator and voice of the brand to foster a healthy environment.

• Establish KPIs and analytical frameworks, personally pulling data to measure community health and report actionable insights.

• Personally design and execute high-impact, localized content, events, and campaigns that resonate deeply with diverse US user segments.

• Take a hands-on role in designing, launching, and scaling the US brand ambassador program, from recruitment to daily engagement.

• Serve as the strategic partner for localizing global campaigns, ensuring perfect alignment through direct involvement in the execution.

• Establish and enforce best practices for community operations through meticulous, hands-on management.

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in community management, with a proven track record of personally building and scaling communities from the ground up.

• Expert-level command of English with exceptional communication skills.

• Proven, hands-on experience in designing and scaling large-scale community programs (e.g., ambassador programs, super-user groups).

• A strategic thinker who thrives on rolling up their sleeves and executing day-to-day community tasks.

• Strong hands-on analytical skills, with experience using community tools to track metrics and drive decisions personally.

• Deep intercultural sensitivity and an expert ability to adapt brand voice for different markets.

🌟 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the tech industry (AI hardware and/or software).

• Professional proficiency in Spanish and/or French.

• Hands-on experience building local ambassador or moderator programs.
