Job Summary
We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our communications department, you will play a vital role in supporting our internal and external communications strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and editing content for various communication channels including newsletters, social media, and website updates.
- Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns and promotional events.
- Coordinate with team members to gather information and materials for presentations and reports.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and communications metrics to assess effectiveness.
- Help maintain and update the company’s social media platforms and website.
- Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders and media representatives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
