Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Position  
Location: Breckenridge, MN 
Job Type: Travel Contract   
Duration: 13 weeks  
Shift: 3x12s Days 
Pay: $2196/week  

Job Description:  

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to residents. This role focuses on the long-term health and well-being of residents, managing chronic conditions, and providing skilled nursing care. The ideal candidate has strong clinical assessment skills, is a patient and effective communicator, and is passionate about building relationships with residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Provide direct nursing care to residents with a wide range of medical needs.
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
• Monitor resident health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate residents and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all care provided.

Qualifications:  

• Active RN license in Minnesota or a compact license.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 1 years of recent LTC/SNF nursing experience.
• COVID vaccine and recent TB test may be required.
