Position Overview
The role of the Sales Coordinator is to support General Manager’s and Account Manager’s with administrative responsibilities in order to free up time for sales calls for new business development and existing customers. They will provide support for developing, coordinating, tracking and implementing all tasks relative to the inside and outside sales teams.
Essential Functions

- Support Account Manager’s with quotes, correspondence, contracts and proposals
- Manage the contract database management system and provide email updates on renewal dates
- Handle customer and invoice correspondence, certifications, PO management, Customer information sheets and E-Commerce set-up
- Assist Sales teams with research, corrections, portal billing and Returned Goods Authorization results reporting
- Handle Monday.com’s Install Site Surveys and Cost/sales estimates quotes
- Administrate and report from Salesforce for Marketing and Sales Team
- Assist Sales Team with research and corrections as requested
- Maintain and updates Branch Operations SOP files
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in an administrative, sales, or customer service-based roles
- Industrial Gas industry experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to meet and manage deadlines, display initiative, organization, and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, on-site and non-exempt position. Days and hours of work vary, Monday through Friday, and range from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
