Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our Training & Development team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for employee training who enjoys creating content, working with learning platforms, and managing the logistics behind training programs. The Training Coordinator will support the design, delivery, and administration of training programs across the organization. Key responsibilities include creating basic training content, managing course uploads and user data in the Learning Management System (LMS), and coordinating training sessions and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

As the Training Coordinator, you will support the creation and delivery of training programs by developing materials, managing content in the LMS, coordinating sessions, and maintaining training records.. Other responsibilities include:

  • Assist in creating training materials such as presentations, guides, and handouts
  • Edit and update existing training materials to keep content current and accurate.
  • Enroll users, monitor course progress, and troubleshoot basic system issues.
  • Upload and organize courses, materials, and learning paths within the LMS.
  • Assist with organizing content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Participate in team meetings and training design sessions.
  • Follow internal guidelines for tone, branding, accessibility, and instructional quality.
  • Coordinate logistics such as facilitator materials and technical setup.
  • Support other training and L&D projects as needed.

Requirements

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • Experience in a support or coordinator role within training, HR, education, or administration.
  • Demonstrated comfort with technology and digital tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Image Editing tools, PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.), with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems, platforms, and software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
