MMS Group is seeking a part-time entry-level Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our corporate office.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with reviewing applications, phone screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Posting job requisitions
- Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collaborate on recruiting projects and candidate experience initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Human Resources or a related field
- Super organized and detail-oriented – juggling multiple open positions (mulit-state)
- Strong communication skills – friendly, professional, and empathetic
- Experience using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; a bonus if you’ve touched an ATS like Clear Company or posting on Indeed
