Manage campaigns from concept to in-store launch
Build retailer partnerships (clear approvals, fast cycles)
Track promotions, budgets, and ROI
Coordinate creative assets with design and brand teams
Support new product rollouts in retail
Must-haves
5+ years retail or trade marketing experience
Proven success with national retail campaigns
Strong data/ROI tracking skills
Authorized to work in US
Nice to have
Experience in oral care or CPG brands
Background in shopper marketing (POS, displays)
