Role: Retail Marketing Manager

Location/Type: Remote • US
Pay: $85K–$100K (flexible for senior candidates)

What you’ll do

  • Lead retail marketing plans across major channels

  • Manage campaigns from concept to in-store launch

  • Build retailer partnerships (clear approvals, fast cycles)

  • Track promotions, budgets, and ROI

  • Coordinate creative assets with design and brand teams

  • Support new product rollouts in retail

Must-haves

  • 5+ years retail or trade marketing experience

  • Proven success with national retail campaigns

  • Strong data/ROI tracking skills

  • Authorized to work in US

Nice to have

  • Experience in oral care or CPG brands

  • Background in shopper marketing (POS, displays)
