Key Responsibilities
Client Development
- Lead new business pitches, including research, brief development, creative input, and budget coordination
- Build and expand professional relationships with prospects and clients
- Contribute to thought-leadership content and support industry networking opportunities.
- Ensure accurate documentation of client and project information in our systems
- Support development of client case studies and marketing materials
- Support a variety of B2C and B2B experiences such as product launches, customer events, press events, employee engagement, and virtual experiences
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, production, and account teams to ensure projects meet client objectives, budgets, and timelines
- Assist in preparing detailed budgets and coordinate with finance teams on reconciliations
- Support onsite logistics including venue arrangements, event materials, travel coordination, and client support
- Travel occasionally to support project delivery
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Mentor and guide junior team members (including those outside your direct reporting line)
- Partner with senior leadership to track and report on project resourcing needs
- Contribute ideas to elevate the agency’s work and processes
- Foster strong working relationships across teams, demonstrating flexibility and a team-first mindset
- Prepare and maintain new business presentations and credentials decks
- Coordinate award submissions and maintain case study libraries
- Support social media and marketing initiatives where relevant
Administration & Office Culture
- Organize meetings, agendas, and materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with expense and time reporting for senior leadership
- Contribute to the planning of office events, staff meetings, and social activities
- Support initiatives that build culture, such as sourcing branded items, team activities, and community initiatives
- Maintain onboarding resources to ensure new team members are integrated smoothly
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Around 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in client services, project coordination, or a related field
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with colleagues, clients, and partners at all levels
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and Google Sheets
- Numeracy and database management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with openness to learning and applying new tools and approaches
- Nice to have (not essential): event management experience, familiarity with video production, or experience coordinating executive travel and logistics
- Adaptability: Ability to research and identify suitable venues, suppliers, and partners (local knowledge a plus but not required)
