Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 (4-10% GTR)

WyoTech is looking for a driven and dynamic Field Admissions Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in connecting with prospective students, building relationships, attending events, and guiding applicants through the admissions process to help them take the next step toward their future. You’ll collaborate closely with our Student Readiness team to ensure a smooth transition into one of WyoTech’s core programs. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Schedule and deliver presentations at high schools in your territory
• Work with interested students and their families to help them apply to and attend WyoTech
• Develop and foster relationships with key organizations in the territory, including FFA, Skills USA, and other similar student organizations
• Attend college fairs, trade shows, and other events to promote the school
• Act as a conduit for enrolled students with departments at the school, such as financial aid, housing, education, etc

Associated Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

• Must be a self-driven person capable of working remotely with minimal supervision
• Must be an authentic and passionate presenter, like working with high school staff and students
• Results-driven. We are a patient organization, but we are also a "do well" organization, not a "try hard" organization
• Be flexible and able to manage multiple activities and priorities at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be comfortable using basic web-based programs like Prezi, Salesforce, Word, and Excel
• Have reliable transportation and be able to travel by car regularly
• Must want to have fun and work hard

Minimum Requirement (A combination of the following experience and training, or the equivalent of, would be qualifying): 

• High school diploma or equivalent from an academic institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
• 2+ years of admissions or sales work experience preferred
