AI Transformation Lead
We are building a network of experienced AI Transformation Consultants who can work with us on a contract basis, helping our clients deliver high-impact AI transformation projects. This is not permanent role instead, you’ll join our talent pool and be engaged on a project-by-project basis, with a day rate or fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI transformation projects for mid-sized businesses
- Map client processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategic roadmaps
- Present comprehensive transformation plans with key recommendations after initial diagnostic phase
- Manage C-suite stakeholder relationships and expectations
- Drive commercial outcomes and identify wider opportunities
- Collaborate with our centres of excellence for analytics support
- Contribute to the development of our AI transformation methodology
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Expertise: Proven track record in technology or digital transformation projects in a consultancy environment
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AI capabilities and implementation challenges
- Commercial Acumen: Strong business development and stakeholder management skills
- Implementation Focus: Experience taking strategy through to practical execution
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts for business audiences
