Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals, with a focus on enterprise clients in the DACH region.
- Craft and implement sales strategies to promote osapiens CMMS solutions, unlocking new Annual Subscription Value (ASV) opportunities.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to solve their maintenance challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and a world-class customer experience.
- Represent osapiens at industry events and conferences, becoming a trusted ambassador of our brand and solutions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in maintenance, operations, or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset, with a passion for solving customer challenges through innovative technology.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales methodologies, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
