Grow with us!As we are expanding the Lenovo business within the public sector in Germany & Austria, we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Sr. Sales Manager for South region. You will be managing our public sales teams and have a strong alignment with the Inside Sales Manager and a clear vision of Lenovo unit strategies. As a manager you will provide guidance to employees and counsel the team of Public Managers. You will be reporting to the One Lenovo Public Sales Leader.Your Key Roles & Responsibilities: Manage, lead and encourage the Public Sales teamSupport the customer relationship, primarily through the F2F SalesMaintain relationship to involved business partnersSupport cluster planning process and public specific requirements (account planning, opportunity identification)Responsibility for demand planning, outlook forecast planning and taking care of the reporting in appropriate toolsDrive a healthy commit culture for weekly reporting and forecastingGuide, motivate, develop and retain the team in times of changeAct as internal communicator and build up a strong internal interlockWhat is required to be successful in this role:7+ years of sales experience with minimum of 3 years in management, preferably in solution businessProven track record of success selling in a highly competitive environmentProfessional knowledge of business acumen, including an understanding of the customers business, industry, economic trends, issues and competition in a global view, especially in the public sectorComprehensive understanding of sales processes and sales management techniquesExperience with managing and motivating a diverse, high-performing sales team and familiarity with managing in a matrix environmentSet clear performance standards, provide straightforward feedback in a respectful wayFluency in German and English languageThis position can be located in Stuttgart or in a home office location in south GermanyWhat we offerMultitude of professional and personal development opportunitiesVery open and flexible work environment within one of the most forwarding thinking IT companiesUltra flat structures, fast decision-making processes and a constant focus on customer requirementsAn international team with a high focus on diversity & inclusionAttractive compensation package …and a lot of fun: We like to celebrate our successes!Want to know about Lenovo's culture?
