- Manage admissions documentation, agreements, and resident records
- Oversee resident billing, trust accounts, and financial transactions
- Coordinate scheduling, payroll documentation, and staff requests
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and central filing systems
- Handle correspondence, inquiries, calls, and visitor reception
- Prepare invoices, reports, and meeting minutes for distribution
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders
- Grade 12 diploma
- Office Administration Certification/Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of administrative experience.
- Previous experience with Long Term Care is preferred.
- Able to work effectively in a physically and mentally demanding environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
