Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Business Project Owner to join our Global Strategic Marketing department. In this role, you will lead major strategic initiatives focused on digital transformation and business model innovation, including the creation of a digital market reach model for Hilti.

You will work as part of a diverse global team across Paris, Schaan, Plano, and other locations, collaborating with Strategic Marketing, global Competence Centers, business units, and market organizations. Your mission is to accelerate Hilti’s digital growth, strengthen customer engagement, and drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale strategic projects with a focus on digital acceleration and business model innovation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Hilti’s digital presence and expand customer reach.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end digital journey.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including markets, business units, IT, and global competence centers, to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate initiative performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve intended outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to ensure Hilti remains at the forefront of digital innovation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic consulting, marketing, digital sales, or related fields.
  • Proven track record leading and managing large-scale strategic projects.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with an outcome-oriented mindset focused on business impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a global matrix organization.
  • Experience in digital transformation and business model innovation is highly desirable.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Working Conditions

  • Position based at Hilti’s Digital Hub in Paris.
  • Flexible office conditions in line with working guidelines.
  • Up to 25% international travel required.
