The People & Culture Division at the University of Wollongong is driving a bold transformation to support the University’s 2030 Strategy. We are seeking a skilled and strategic Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of the People Performance and Development Cycle (PPDC) project—an institution-wide initiative focused on embedding a high-trust, high-performance culture across academic and professional staff. You will manage project planning, stakeholder engagement, risk oversight, and alignment with other key initiatives across the organisation. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change by strengthening performance, enhancing leadership capability, and shaping a culture that supports long-term organisational success.
