Role and Accountabilities:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Platform and Integration Developer to join our ITSM team. In this role, you will lead the development, customization, and integration of the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise-wide business processes. You will design and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions, ensuring smooth integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

In addition, the successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Design and implement advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform including workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and custom applications.
- Configure and enhance core modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, and Asset Management.
- Leverage Flow Designer and Integration Hub to build low-code/no-code workflows.
- Manage platform upgrades, patching, and deployments using best practices.
- Lead development of robust integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, JDBC, and other technologies.
- Build and manage secure authentication mechanisms including OAuth, Basic Auth, and certificates.
- Develop and maintain custom APIs, web services, and data synchronization jobs.
- Enforce coding standards, performance optimization, and reusability of components.
- Contribute to platform architecture decisions and solution designs.
- Participate in code reviews, QA testing, and production support.
- Work with business analysts, process owners, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Contribute to the development of Fujitsu IP solutions in ServiceNow.
- Coach and advise other Developers.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, including integrations.
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and development patterns.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
- Experience with key modules like ITSM, CMDB, and Flow Designer.
- Knowledge of security protocols, data privacy, and integration best practices.
- Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Skills and Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CMDB, Discovery, or ITOM.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or custom app development.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP in an integration context.
- ITIL v3 certification
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills
- Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities.
